bright morning
in the pieces of glass rising
thousands of suns

matin clair
dans les morceaux de vitre se levent
des milliers de soleils

oktobrski večer -
nad svetlim stanovanjem v desetem nadstropju
polna luna

October evening -
above the light from the tenth floor flat
the full moon

soir d'octobre --
au dessus de la lumiere du 10eme étage
la pleine lune

deževna nedelja -
v rdeči obleki se spomnim
poletnih zahodov

rainy Sunday -
dressed in red I remember
summer sunsets

dimanche puvieux --
habillée de rouge je me souviens
des couchants de l'été

 

vroče poletje -
hodiva tam, kjer sva
spomladi pila

hot summer -
climbing the hill where we were drinking
in the spring

été chaud --
monter la colline ou nous avions bu
au printemps

sultry night --
white oleander
in my soul

nuit etouffante --
l'oleandre blanc
dans mon ame

the night after -
awakened by dreams of a butterfly
with burnt wings

la nuit d'apres --
éveillée par des reves d'un papillon
aux ailes brulées

divji veter -
moji dlani premajhni
za listje, ki pada

wild wind -
my palms too small to hold
the falling leaves

vent fort --
mes paumes trop petites pour tenir
les feuilles qui tombent
